The "Verified" badge appears on your shop and all your listings. Fresh-goods sellers add their sanitary approval.

    Prepare your documents

    ID of the manager (national ID, passport) and business registration — or the OHADA entrepreneur declaration for micro-sellers. Readable PDF or photo, 8 MB max.

    Send them in "Verification"

    Your documents are stored privately and viewed only by our team (law no. 2013-450).

    Follow the review

    Answer within 48 business hours, with a notification for each decision. A rejected document can be corrected and resent.

    Fresh goods and export: the sanitary approval
