"Escrow: held" status on the order: the money is locked at DalpaMarket, not with the seller.

Receive and inspect
Check your products on delivery — especially fresh goods. All good? Confirming delivery releases the payment to the seller.

"Report a problem" freezes the escrow and opens mediation: refund or release, decided by a human mediator.
