Publishing is free up to 20 listings; you only pay a commission (3 to 12% incl. VAT depending on the category) on delivered sales.

Create the seller account
"I want to sell" at sign-up: a shop name and city are enough to start — editable later in "My shop".

Polish your storefront
In "My shop": logo, tagline, presentation (Luz can write it), selling currency (FCFA, euro or dollar) and your sanitary approval number if you sell fresh goods.

Set up delivery
"Delivery" tab: zones served, fees, free-delivery threshold and lead times — shown to buyers before payment.

Publish your first listing
"Add a product": Luz writes the title and description from a few words, and translates them into English.

Get your shop verified
ID document + business registration (or OHADA entrepreneur declaration) in "Verification": the "Verified" badge multiplies buyer trust.
